Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Dropkick Murphys gear, so we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
